Shipping and handling charges are based on your order subtotal as follows:

Some large/bulky or oversize items also have an additional shipping and handling charge.
Standard Ground shipping is by UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship to PO Boxes via USPS.
2-Day shipping is available for an additional $10 per order, and should arrive in 2-3 business days depending on time of day order is placed. Overnight shipping is available for an additional $15 per order and should arrive in 1-2 business days depending on time of day order is placed. Please place overnight orders by phone to assure delivery. FedEx orders must be placed by 12:00 noon EST to ship the same day.
Backordered stock merchandise will automatically ship as it is received in our warehouse, and your credit card will not be charged for those items until they ship.
Items which ship to you directly from the manufacturer are called "drop-ship" items. It is assumed that drop ship items are in stock at the manufacturer, and so when your order is processed, the drop ship information is forwarded immediately to the manufacturer and your credit card is charged at that time. If the item is not in stock at the manufacturer, it may take up to several weeks before it ships. If possible, when we are aware that a manufacturer's inventory is on backorder for more than the stated allowance time, we will convert the item to a stock item, it will go on backorder on our system, and your card will not be charged until the merchandise is again available.
Please ship return items back to the Returns address on your packing slip, by UPS or US Postal Service, and make sure the package is insured in case of loss or damage. Indicate on the packing slip, or a copy of it, or on a separate sheet if necessary, the item you are returning and if you wish to make an exchange, the item you wish to receive in exchange. In the case of an exchange, if the new exchange item is a higher value than the returned item, please include payment for the difference. If the other way around, you will receive a credit. Certain items, such as custom-made goods and dated items with limited shelf life, may not be returnable depending on the circumstances.
